By accessing or subscribing to VietFace TV, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Digital Access & Subscription Terms

• VietFace TV provides non-recurring digital access to its streaming service.
• When you purchase a subscription, you receive access only for the specific duration selected at checkout (for example, one month or one year).
• Access begins immediately upon successful payment and device activation.
• Your subscription will automatically expire at the end of the purchased period.
• You will not be charged again without your knowledge or explicit action.

2. No Refund Policy

• All sales are final. VietFace TV does not offer refunds once digital access has been granted.
• This policy applies to all subscription durations, including monthly and annual access.
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving access may result in immediate and permanent suspension of the associated account and devices.

3. Expiration & Access End

• Your access will automatically end when the purchased subscription period expires.
• No action is required to cancel, as subscriptions do not renew automatically.
• If you wish to continue using the service after expiration, a new subscription must be purchased.

4. Device Access

• Each subscription includes access for up to two (2) Roku or web devices per account.
• VietFace TV reserves the right to limit, reset, or revoke device access in cases of abuse, sharing, or policy violations.
• Please contact support if you need assistance updating or resetting your linked devices.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of VietFace TV after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
